【該砂金設(shè)備移動淘金車特點(diǎn)】

1、上料方式可以使用挖掘機(jī)或裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式。

2、移動靈活方便：采用可轉(zhuǎn)向設(shè)計，可以原地180度轉(zhuǎn)向。

3、底盤采用重型汽車底盤設(shè)計，四軸16條輪胎，另加支撐腿支撐，工作穩(wěn)定可靠。

4、絞洗筒內(nèi)含四條鉸刀，對于物料清洗更加徹底，提高工作效率。

5、針對供水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化：
   上料斗內(nèi)部沖水負(fù)責(zé)首次沖洗物料并且推送物料進(jìn)入滾筒篩內(nèi)；
   滾筒篩中央沖水負(fù)責(zé)對物料進(jìn)行主要的沖洗工作；
     滾筒篩側(cè)沖水負(fù)責(zé)沖洗滾筒篩外部細(xì)篩網(wǎng)，防止堵孔。

6、集成度高，本輛移動淘金車集成了1臺1200#臥式全自動排礦離心機(jī)于一體，使用一臺4寸沙泵上料，4條機(jī)械支撐腿支撐，工作穩(wěn)定可靠。(臥式離心機(jī)好處是轉(zhuǎn)子采用兩端固定，工作時穩(wěn)定性好，適合用于移動設(shè)備上，立式離心機(jī)只能用于地面上，安裝時必須做硬化，尋找水平)

7、擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)：可以附加其它振動溜槽/鼓動溜槽、離心機(jī)等選金設(shè)備提高回收率。

 Features

   It can be easily feed by excavators or other types

   It can be easily moved&circled in 180 degree

   The base plate use heavy trailer type,4axles and 16 tyre with mechanical holding frames with good performance of steady and reliable work.

   The inner of reamer trommel screen including 4 reamers so it can be worked in high efficiency and make minerals more clean.

   Water supplying system: washing on top of hopper the then pushing the mixture to flow to the screen,washing in middle of screen which is the most principal,washing in screen outside it can clean the material carefully and avoid the gambling plug.

   The movable gold reamer trommel separating car with 1set horizontal auto discharge concentrator,feeding type is by 1set 4 inch sand pump,with 4 mechanical holding frames,working in reliable and steady surroundings.(the horizontal concentrator is with spindle 2side fixed,it can a very good performance in jolting surroundings instead of vertical type which can only be used on ground level)

   It works well with other machines such as shaking sluice/pulsating slucie,centrifuge concentrator etc.
