本套選金礦設(shè)備為移動(dòng)臥式離心選礦車，處理量每小時(shí)100-150噸，回收率可達(dá)到90%以上，是青州冠誠(chéng)重工機(jī)械有限公司根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際需求及多年選金經(jīng)驗(yàn)獨(dú)立研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)制作而成，具有移動(dòng)靈活方便、操作簡(jiǎn)單、故障率低、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便等特點(diǎn)。

該設(shè)備主要優(yōu)勢(shì)：

1、移動(dòng)靈活方便，可原地180度轉(zhuǎn)向，只需要一輛牽引車輛便可隨時(shí)輕松移動(dòng)至工作場(chǎng)地。

2、采用了沙泵+緩沖箱的進(jìn)料方式，在配合其它淘金設(shè)備時(shí)無需尋找高低落差、搭建平臺(tái)。

3、可以配合多種其它的淘金設(shè)備使用，如振動(dòng)溜槽、鼓動(dòng)溜槽、抽沙船等，提高處理量與回收率。

4、可輕松改變進(jìn)料方式：可以把緩沖箱換成大料斗進(jìn)料方式，安裝輕松方便。

5、臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)在淘金車上使用時(shí)工作可靠、穩(wěn)定，并且由PLC電腦全自動(dòng)控制，極大的提高了工作效率。

Introduction

4.The feeding type can be easily changed to be feed hopper as customized.

5.The horizontal centrifuge can be used highly efficent and steady,controled by PLC with a good performance.

【流程概述】

原料通過沙泵打入緩沖箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行減壓，進(jìn)入滾筒篩內(nèi)進(jìn)行清洗篩選分級(jí)為：細(xì)料與粗料(即廢料)兩種規(guī)格，其中廢料直接通過廢料溜槽排入廢料區(qū)域；

細(xì)料排入細(xì)料箱內(nèi)通過沙泵打入一臺(tái)由PLC控制的臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行精選，精料會(huì)自動(dòng)通過精料管道排出，廢料通過廢料管道排出至廢料區(qū)域。

The technology process

The raw material is poured into input speed reducing box by sand pump to reduce pressure and feeding speed,then enters into the trommel screen separator to be separating into 2 sizes,small and big size which is useless directly geting rid by scrap sluice.

The samll size material is discharged into horizontal automatic discharging centrifuge controlled by PLC through sand pump, and the concentrate automatically discharged from concentrate discharge port,  scrap material is discharged into the waste area from the scrap material pipe.
