設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介：

本套淘金車是我公司根據(jù)多年制作礦山機(jī)械經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并且不斷完善用戶反饋信息，獨(dú)立研發(fā)制作而成的一套新型選金設(shè)備，比傳統(tǒng)的選金設(shè)備具有以下主要優(yōu)勢(shì)：

1、全部采用了汽車底盤式設(shè)計(jì)，基本不受地形影響，適用范圍更廣，可180度轉(zhuǎn)向，克服了傳統(tǒng)雪橇式設(shè)備移動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)向不方便，對(duì)地形要求嚴(yán)格的缺點(diǎn)。

2、采用了振動(dòng)料倉(cāng)+滾筒篩進(jìn)行礦物篩選分級(jí)，有效減少了滾筒篩磨損，提高了篩分效率。

3、處理量大、回收率高。

4、設(shè)備集成化程度高，經(jīng)過(guò)多年生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐，故障率低、維護(hù)/維修簡(jiǎn)單、方便。

5、占用人工資源少，節(jié)約用戶成本。

Brief Introduction

This set of mobile trommel screen gold separating plant is designed&manufactured by ourselves,improving our technology by service after sales and advice of customers etc,now it’s advanced and well-rounded technology in china.

This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc.

流程概述：

原料通過(guò)工程機(jī)械送入振動(dòng)料倉(cāng)，首先篩選出大于50MM不合格的物料，減少了滾筒篩磨損。小于50MM物料由輸送機(jī)送入滾筒篩進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí)，不含金的廢料通過(guò)廢料輸送機(jī)送入廢料區(qū)域，含金物料首先進(jìn)入一條固定式淘金氈溜槽進(jìn)行首次回收后再次進(jìn)入2臺(tái)振動(dòng)溜槽或鼓動(dòng)溜槽進(jìn)行收尾，廢料排入廢料池中。

Technical process

The raw material into vibrating feeder by digging excavator,then the materials≥ 50mm to be screened out, which can reduce the wear of next classifying trommel screen. The material less than 50mm is sent to reamer trommel by the conveyor,

The material 25-50mm is transporting to the scrap material pool through transport conveyer. The material into a fixed gold sluice then into two shaking sluice to collect gold, finally gold concentrate get and the scrap is discharged into scrap material pool.
