流程概述

原料通過(guò)自卸車將料倒入進(jìn)料斗中，通過(guò)高壓水沖入振動(dòng)篩內(nèi)進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí)為6mm以下、6-30mm、30mm以上三種規(guī)格物料，其中30mm以上的廢料直接通過(guò)廢料溜槽排入廢料池內(nèi)；

6-30mm的中等規(guī)格物料排入兩條固定式淘金氈溜槽內(nèi)進(jìn)行回收后，廢料排入廢料池中，通過(guò)一臺(tái)挖斗式脫水機(jī)進(jìn)行脫水后，由成品料輸送機(jī)輸送至成品料區(qū)域；

6mm以下的細(xì)料排入料箱內(nèi)由一臺(tái)沙泵打入臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行精選，精選后的精料自動(dòng)排入精料箱內(nèi)，廢料自動(dòng)排入廢料池中，經(jīng)過(guò)另一臺(tái)挖斗式脫水機(jī)脫水后，由成品料輸送機(jī)輸送至成品料區(qū)域。

Technical process

Raw material get into feed hopper by dump truck,then into vibrating screen to be classified into 3size,≤6mm,6-30mm,≥30mm,the material≥30mm useless will be directly getting rid to to scrap pond;

The material 6-30mm get into 2 fixed gold sluice with carpet to be separated,then scrap will be removed the water by bucket dewater machine,then transported by conveyor to destination area;

The size≤6mm material getting into mineral box then pumping by sand pump into horizontal automatic discharge gold concentrator,the scrap into bucket dewater machine to get rid of water,then transported to destination area.
